  • You means the individual or legal entity using the Service.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You can cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason. The deadline is 30 days from the date You received the Goods or a third party (not the carrier) takes possession of them.

To exercise Your right of cancellation, please inform Us using one of the following:

We will reimburse You within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. The same payment method used for the Order will be used, with no fees charged.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The Goods must have been purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The Goods must be in the original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to Your specifications or personalized.
  • Goods that deteriorate quickly or are expired.
  • Unsealed Goods unsuitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons.
  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting these conditions. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods. Return them to:

We are not liable for Goods lost or damaged in return shipment. Use an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds require proof of return delivery or receipt.

Gifts

If Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive gift credit. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or sent to the gift giver, the refund will go to the gift giver.
